Telephonic Coaching


Prefer talking to a coach over the phone? A Health Advocate with Cigna’s Personal Health Team can provide one on one personalized coaching to help you reach your health and wellness goals. You can schedule appointments with your Health Advocate at your convenience - on your break, your day off, or before/after work.

Telephonic coaching is available for those enrolled in Cigna or UMR medical coverage and counts as an approved condition management program if you complete a minimum of 3 visits and progress towards a goal.

Call 800-423-9920 to schedule your first appointment. This option may not be available after May 1st as coaching appointments book up fast and a series of 3 visits may take up to a month to complete.

This option is not available for participants in Atlantic City covered by Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield.
